To participate in this Festival, please submit your payment to EISRA before the registration deadline. Cancellations received before the registration and payment deadline are eligible for a refund, less a 10% administration fee.After the deadline, no refunds will be provided, except in the event of an act of God.The deadline for your team’s Festival part applies.

Part 1 — December 3–6, 2026: Combined U15/U17 Boys category.Part 2 — January 14–17, 2027: Combined U11/U13 Boys category and U9 Co-ed, open to boys and girls.

No protests will be accepted. The tournament office is responsible for Festival operations and does not accept protests or complaints.

Your team needs at least six eligible players—five players and one goalie—to start a game.Once the game is underway, your team must be able to keep at least four eligible players on the ice, including the goalie, during regulation play. If your team cannot meet this minimum, it will lose by forfeiture, even if it is leading.Please review the Festival’s Official Rules & Regulations for complete requirements, including overtime and any division-specific exceptions. The Board-approved rules take precedence over this FAQ.

Teams can expect the Part 1 schedule on November 30, 2026.All teams should be prepared to play Thursday evening, December 3, or Friday morning, December 4.

Only communities with a population of fewer than 1,000 residents may include import players, with a maximum of two Indigenous import players on their official roster.A player who has resided in a community for at least 12 consecutive months is not considered an import.Players may choose to represent their home community—the Indigenous community where their family most recently lived before relocating for school, work, or other reasons. Residency is the main factor in determining eligibility. Where biological parents live separately, the player’s residence and where they typically attend school are considered.Please review the Festival’s Official Rules & Regulations for complete import and player eligibility requirements. The Board-approved rules take precedence over this FAQ.

Any negative posts, comments, or images shared on social media about other players, coaches, officials, teams or the event may result in disciplinary action, including suspension from the tournament. This includes all forms of cyberbullying, harassment, or disrespectful online behaviour.
