EISRA is committed to supporting the development of Indigenous athletes by providing opportunities for skill enhancement, performance tracking, and access to high-level training resources. McGill University’s Ice Hockey Research Group specializes in hockey performance testing and athlete development, helping players understand their strengths and areas for improvement through data-driven analysis.
