I am the individual responsible for communication regarding the team and that the information provided is correct. 

The teams registration is not complete until full payment is received by the deadline and that I have provided EISRA with the information to process that payment.

Any withdrawals or cancellations after the registration deadline will result in forfeiture of fees.

Payments can be made via EMT to info@eisra.ca (Password "EISRA2025") or via cheque/money order to Eeyou Istchee Sports and Recreation Association.
