The Eeyou Istchee Sports and Recreation Association, and its Board of Directors, wishes to congratulate Israel Mianscum on his signing of a contract with the Laval Rocket. An alumnus of our Cree Nation Bears program, Israel demonstrated his leadership, hard work and ethic, on and off the ice at an early age.
We wish Israel continued success in his hockey career.
